Da Salty Lady - Hot & Spicy Seasoning

Since ancient times, Hawaiians used Pa'akai (the salt from the sea).
Today in Hawaii, sun evaporated sea salt is a favorite for local extremely delicious recipes.

Da Salty Lady's Hawaiian Salts Seasonings use only genuine sun evaporated sea salt. To this blend, are added secret mixtures of only the best quality herbs and spices from around the world, with no MSG, preservatives or artificial flavorings.

Recipes – Spice It Up Grilling Ideas From Da Salty Lady
Da Salty Lady's Steaks
6 - 8 oz. Steaks
3 Tbl. Da Salty Lady's Steak & Fish or Hot & Spicy Hawaiian Seasoning Salt
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbl. Balsamic Vinegar
 
Coat steaks with Da Salty Lady's Hawaiian Seasoning Salt. Pour balsamic vinegar and olive oil over steaks and let stand for 15 minutes.
Grill 4-6 minutes on each side. Serve straight off the grill.
Serves 4-6.

Roast Chicken
1 Roaster Chicken
2 Tbl Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon
1-1/2 Tbl Da Salty Lady's Hawaiian Seasoning Salt - Garlic or Hot & Spicy

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat chicken with olive oil and the juice of the half lemon. Sprinkle Da Salty Lady's Hawaiian Seasoning Salts evenly over the chicken. Roast 20 minuites per pound. Serves 4.

Da Salty Lady's Honey Lamb Chops
6 Lamb Loin Chops or one rack of lamb with 8 ribs
2 Tbl Da Salty Lady’s Steak & Fish Hawaiian Seasoning Salt
2 Tbl Honey

Coat chops or rack with Da Salty Lady's Hawaiian Seasoning Salt. Let stand for 5 minutes. Grill one side for 4 minutes then turnover. Brush cooked side with honey, turn and coat the other side with honey. Give each honey coated side 2 minutes on the flame. Serve straight from the grill.
Serves 3 to 4.

Da Salty Lady's Grilled Salmon
6 Salmon Steaks
1-1/2 Cups of Japanese rice Wine (Sake)
2 Tbl of your choice of Da Salty Lady's Hawaiian Seasoning Salts
1 Lemon, sliced
2 Tbl Olive Oil or melted butter for brushing

Marintate salmon in sake and sliced lemon for two hours. Remove salmon from sake marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Brush salmon with olive oil or melted butter. Season with Da Salty Lady's Hawaiian Seasoning Salts. Grill salmon turning once and basting frequently with the olive oil or butter. Grill medium rare (slightly opaque in appearance), do not overcook. Serve with grilled corn on the cob and/or grilled zucchini. Serves 3-6.
