You may cancel an order at any time before the products are shipped

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery

Products being returned must be in new and sellable condition, returned in original packaging with tags still attached, and no visible signs of wear or use

Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (E.g., the incorrect product is received or the product is defective [more on this below])
- In most cases, a return shipping label will be provided

For damaged or defective products, please send an image of the damaged product and the shipping container to customerservice@abcstores.com, as well as a brief message regarding whether you would like a replacement or a refundIf you received the incorrect product, please send an email customerservice@abcstores.com with an image of the incorrect product along with an image of the packing slip that was included in the box. The image helps us to improve our overall service in the future.
- If you have discarded the shipping container, please indicate so in the email. The image helps us improve the overall service provided by the courier.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, with the exception of the use of ABC Gift Cards, which will be refunded as store credit

Products may be exchanged by completing the Returns and Exchange form, which may be found here. Be sure to include the Item Description, SKU#, color, and size. Additional payment may be required for an exchange that is at a higher price.
