Big Island Bee's Wilelaiki Blossom Organic Honey
Wilelaiki, the Hawaiian name for the Christmas berry tree, grows abundantly on grassy pastures and ranch lands on the leeward side of the island of Hawaii. This colorful single flower honey has a sweet, spicy flavor. It is a raw, unheated honey and will crystalize. Terrific with cheeses and vegetables.
